My name is Ken Burrows and I live
with my wife Mary in Ystrad Mynach, four miles from Caerphilly in
South Wales, Great Britain.
We have two children,
Susan and Steven, and four grandchildren, all living close by.
I was born in
Pontypridd in 1937 (one of six children) and moved to Bargoed in 1950. There
I attended Lewis School, following which I entered Local Government as an
administrator. After a two year excursion into the world of aircraft radar
in the Royal Air Force, I returned to Local Government pursuing a career
which ranged through Health , Education and Social Services.
