I have tried various media, including oils, acrylic, charcoal, pen
and ink and pastel, but my favourite medium is pastel and/or
charcoal. At present I am struggling to master the techniques of
watercolour.
I enjoy visiting exhibitions, both locally and the big London
galleries, when I have the opportunity and I am a great admirer of
Sir Frank Brangwyn, who I studied for A level. He was very famous
in his day but has become unfashionable since his death in 1956
